These Terms & Conditions govern your access to VALAYA. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use VALAYA. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your login credentials, and activity under your account.
2. Entertainment service
VALAYA organizes public celebrity information, news links, fan activity, and AI-powered entertainment. Public information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Always consult original publishers and official sources before relying on a claim.
3. AI persona disclaimer
Every celebrity chat is a simulated, fictional persona created by artificial intelligence for entertainment only. It is not the real celebrity, is not endorsed by that person, and must not be treated as a statement, opinion, promise, endorsement, or private communication from them.
AI responses can be inaccurate, invented, incomplete, or unexpectedly similar to public material. Do not rely on them for factual, medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Persona traits and references are creative approximations based on public-facing information, not private knowledge or an authentic representation of any person.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use VALAYA to harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, exploit, stalk, reveal private information, evade safeguards, commit unlawful acts, or generate sexual, hateful, dangerous, or self-harm content. Do not claim an AI response is a real celebrity statement. We may block prompts, restrict features, suspend accounts, or remove content to protect people and the service.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Monthly VIP PASS membership is $4.99 per month before any applicable taxes or currency conversion. The checkout page shows the final price and available payment methods before purchase. If an annual option is offered, its current price and savings are shown before confirmation.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled. You authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method on file. You can manage or cancel billing from Profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and access continues until then unless law or payment-provider rules require otherwise. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or stated by the payment provider.
Feature limits and prices may change prospectively. Any material subscription change will be presented as required by applicable law. Failed or reversed payments may pause or end paid access.
6. Your content and feedback
You retain rights you hold in messages you submit. You grant VALAYA the limited permission needed to process, store, display, and protect that content while providing the service. Do not submit confidential information or material you do not have permission to use. Feedback may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.
7. Intellectual property and publicity rights
VALAYA, its design, and its software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Celebrity names, images, works, lyrics, dialogue, trademarks, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Use of public references does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
8. Third-party services and links
News publishers, streaming services, payment providers, identity providers, and other external sites have their own terms and privacy practices. VALAYA does not control their content, availability, transactions, or security.
9. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or any particular AI output. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes and termination
We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service when required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms. You may stop using the service at any time; subscription cancellation is handled separately through Profile.
